Kim Se Ui has been accused of repeatedly spreading allegations and recordings claiming that the late actress Kim Sae Ron had been involved in a relationship with Kim Soo Hyun while she was still a minor.

He is also accused of using AI-generated technology to manipulate the late actress’s voice and distribute false information that allegedly caused significant damage to Kim Soo Hyun’s reputation.

Meanwhile, Gold Medalist, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency, released an official statement on May 27, stating that investigators had confirmed that the allegations and evidence presented by HoverLab were not true.

The agency added that the court recognized the seriousness of the charges, including defamation, violations of anti-stalking laws, and threats, before approving the arrest warrant.
