ADOR, the agency representing NewJeans, has addressed rumors surrounding Minji's potential return to activities.
On May 7, coinciding with Minji's birthday, NewJeans' official social media account shared a photo of cookies Minji made herself to present to fans who visited her birthday event café, sparking speculation about her comeback.

In response to these developments, ADOR stated, “We are currently in ongoing internal discussions regarding her future activities.”
They added, “At this time, there are no specific details to share, but please understand that discussions are generally progressing in a positive direction.”
Previously, ADOR announced the return of Haerin and Hyein to activities last November, followed by Hanni's return in December.
Meanwhile, Danielle has been informed about her contract termination, while Minji's situation remains under discussion.
