Jungkook Expresses Disappointment Over Sound Issues at BTS Concert in Tampa, Apologizes to Fans After Technical Difficulties During the Show
Jungkook, a member of BTS, expressed his dissatisfaction regarding sound issues that occurred during the group's latest concert.
On April 26, Jungkook took to his personal social media to say, “The sound problem during ‘Magic Shop’ yesterday was real. Don’t worry, we will fix it starting today,” and added, “I apologize to the ARMY who attended the concert yesterday. I’m angry too.” He openly conveyed his disappointment over the incident.

BTS is currently on their concert tour, BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN TAMPA, at the Raymond James Stadium in Florida, running from April 25 to 28.
During the first performance on April 25, there was a sound malfunction during the song "Magic Shop," which made it seem like Jungkook's singing was off-key. However, after the performance, he sang his part a cappella again, impressing the audience with his powerful live vocals.
This concert marks BTS's first performance in the United States in about four years, since their BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE tour in Las Vegas in April 2022.
Additionally, local media have shown interest in the global influence of BTS. FOX 13 Tampa Bay aired a special segment on the group's impact, while 10 Tampa Bay News reported that the concert could generate an economic impact of approximately $800–900 million for the region.
Meanwhile, BTS will continue their North American tour on May 2 and 3 at the Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, marking the first time a Korean artist has held a solo concert at this venue.
